Creating the account is free and takes a minute. Nothing is charged until we have set the billing up with you.
What is not included.

- No team or brokerage accounts. It is one agent per subscription today.
- No market data feed. It reads your documents, not a listings service.
- No integrations. It does not connect to your CRM, your forms provider or your transaction-management service.
- No legal advice, no appraisal, no survey. It reads and it cites.
How the billing works.
- Creating your account is free, and you can do it right now.
- $50 a month once the billing is set up, which we do with you.
- Month to month. Tell us to stop and you are not charged again.
- You keep access for any month you have already paid for.
- The price does not change while you are subscribed without us telling you first.
- Account and billing self-service is not in the app yet. Until it is, billing changes go through us.
