Where the data sits
On our own server, in the United States. It is not held by a third party and it is not moved anywhere else.
In transit
Everything between your browser and the server is encrypted.
One agent, one set of records
Each agent's records are kept apart at the database level, so one account cannot read another's documents.
Backups
Taken nightly. Each one is restored and checked before it is kept, because a backup nobody has restored is not a backup.
Audit trail
Who did what is written to an append-only trail. Entries are added, never edited or removed.
No trackers
No third-party analytics, no advertising, no tag manager, in the product or on this website.

Listed so nobody has to guess, and so you do not have to take a claim on trust. None of the following exists today: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA alignment, third-party penetration testing, two-factor sign-in, or encryption of the stored files at rest.
When one of them is real, it will appear on this page with the date it became real. If a review needs any of them before you can proceed, tell us which and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
